Like all stores during the Covid crisis, stick can be a little spotty. However, I have been in this Home Depot every day for the past two weeks while working on this build and have found the staff to be helpful. Doug, I have no idea what department he is actually assigned to, has helped me out numerous times in a variety of departments. He sincerely asks if I need help and then takes me where I need to go each time. I highly recommend this store.

Lots of great people work there. We had 4 or 5 wonderful people help us out during a long trip there to gather supplies for bathroom remodel. The paint woman was very nice too

So many customer service representatives will stop what they are doing to help you bc they are so attentive to you. They noticed the look on my face of being lost...I didn't have to find a Home Depot employee bc they found me. Smooth sailing from that point on...Thank you.

Place an online order for curbside delivery, due to the fact that I was in a hurry. Received my text notification informing me my order was ready for pickup, so I arrived at the store and checked in providing my vehicle type and curbside pickup location number. Waited almost 45 minutes for someone to bring the order out.
