Friendly people but horrible bank. Debit card doesn't work at a lottery machine and routing doesn't work. for direct deposit! Useless!

There was one weekend where I really needed to speak to a Chase Associate Banker and all of the Chase branches in my town closed an hour earlier than the one in Chapel Hill. So, I drove 30-40 mins. over there and paid for parking to get assistance. One of the Associate Bankers told me that I would have to re-schedule for another day because they did not have time to assist me. I tried to tell her I drove from really far away. Kyrian overheard and he graciously offered to help me - even half an hour to his branch's closing. He did an excellent job and I wanted to thank him :))) Next time you come to this branch, ask for Kyrian!

I WOULD RECCOMMEND OPENING CHASE BANKS BRANCHES IN GREENSBORO, HIGH POINT,NC, ASHEBORO NC,ARCHDALE,NC THEY WOULD GET ALOT OF BUSSINESS.

Yes yes and yes….driving 1hr30 min is not the answer to convince however I really don’t want to change banks . But at this rate they are forcing us too!

I know in January 2020, they will be extending out to the Charlotte metro. It's possible that they will extend their footprints in Greensboro also, as they are trying to compete with Wells Fargo.

There isn't one but the vestibule is open 24 hours, parking in the garage is free
