Nice little hotel outside of town. Very quiet and comfortable. The only complaints we had are the A/C that cycles on for five minutes and off for two all night long, worn out TV and remote that barely responded, and toilet that runs for two hours after each flush. A little maintenance and TLC and it's a 5.

We arrived about 2 hours earlier than our check in time. Their text messages said to come early if necessary, and they would try to accommodate us. When we arrived at about 2 pm, no one was at the front desk. My husband walked the perimeter of the building and only found an elderly cleaning lady that spoke no English. She couldn't help. There was another customer in the entry when we arrived on his phone, trying to contact someone at the number the sign directed, should no one be available. He couldn't get a hold of anyone. We found 3 employees having lunch in a back room. They spoke little English and said someone might be back in about 1 hour. Shouldn't there ALWAYS be someone covering a front desk?? We waited about 20 minutes and left. The other man left also. We had to find another facility after driving all day through AZ & UT. We booked this room in March, and now The Noor is telling us that they cannot refund our payment due to their rules and regulations. We have contacted my credit card company AND Expedia. They are currently working on resolving our issue and have assured us that they will resolve the refund concern. We are waiting...I wouldn't take the chance with this place!

This is an older hotel with a 2 rating. What does that mean? It means that it is not fancy and plush. If you are looking for a room that is clean, has hot water, comfortable bed, towels and a very reasonable price this is the place for you. What more can you need - all the comforts of home with a bonus of being located near the entrance of the beautiful national park Capitol Reef. It was a pleasure to stay here with very friendly helpful staff.

We spent a couple nights here while we were visiting Capitol Reef. Staff was friendly and courteous and the location was great for what we were going to do. As for the negatives, the shower squealed a little bit while using it and we definitely weren't spoiled with towels. I think the biggest drawback for me was the single washer and dryer provided for paid use. The drier took about 3 cycles to dry a single load of clothes. The other drawback was parking. If you weren't parked by your room early, you were going to be hunting for any nearby parking spot. The last thing was the fridge. It was set at it's lowest setting when we arrived, so it wasn't ready for use until the day we were going to leave. There were also no breakfast, no pool and no hot tub. None of these things are advertised, so I won't hold it against them. Even though I wouldn't call it a bad experience, we'll be looking elsewhere in the future. If you literally ONLY need a clean place to sleep for a couple nights, this is an okay spot.
