Small, simple, nice and clean. Morning coffee and danish in the lobby. It served its purpose.. The Rim Rock Patio is about a 100 yards and great relaxed place to eat. Great location, approx. 15 min drive to Capital Reef NP.

Best part was the location! It was a beautiful place to stay in the wonderful place to visit and learn about the natives that live there. If you happen to see any homeless dogs in that area, please feed them.

Mom and Pop motel. Room and bed were very comfortable but small. The attached restaurant was great, make sure you make reservations. Very conveniently located to Capital Reef National Park.

Friendly staff when checking in. However, they misplaced the keys to what was supposed to be our room, and substituted it with another room giving us a discount. Was disappointed that we could not eat in the restaurant as it was booked. They offer pastries and bars and coffee for breakfast but it was enough to get us going for the day. Room was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet for sleeping.
