Location is a little south but fine as Moab is not large. It has Subway, bike shop and small grocery across the street. The breakfast has hard-boiled eggs, sausage, bread/bagel/english muffin (toaster), juices, coffee / half and half(strong, decent), yogurt, cereals, oatmeal packets. The pool (salt) was perfect temp, long for lap swim, super refreshing after Arches hike. Rooms are large, clean and beds comfortable and have refrig, microwave and small coffee maker (can heat water for tea). Shower was good, medium flow. The fitness room is small but it's there. I think most get their exercise in the park. We did not have beetles, so maybe super lucky?

there was many bugs in our room, all over. we talked to the front desk and they switched us rooms. once in our new room bugs were all over the bed. i woke up with 3 bugs in my hair. toilet was broken and AC was so loud! if you’re okay with bugs this is the place for you!

Enjoyable place to stay, clean, and very comfortable. Nice to have an adult size toilet. I don’t care for the raised sink counter, but I realize it’s a popular trend right now.

Positive: The location was perfect for our purposes. (Others may want to be closer to the main retail district, but we did not.) Rooms and the grounds were clean and felt safe. The grounds were quiet at night. Negative: There could have been more parking available.
