I am not giving this place darcars of Marlow heights a good review at all due to the fact I got two vehicles from there been over two years and ha e bad deals done have go e back to them even talk with the president of the company I asked for one thi g only to fix the problem and they did something way different now I'm stuck with this issue And two messed up titles and no one is getting back in contact with me at all I even contact the company that finance the cars and they said darcars has to make this right but they have not please don't buy a car from this store at all I hope they fix this issue

Worst experience ever. Do not get but the maintenance package it’s a waste of money. Every time I come here I always takes at least 2-2.5 hours at least for an oil change. I’m currently today still waiting for only an oil change and I’ve been here 3 hours counting. Only 1 person was in front of me when I got here. Not worth it

This review is long overdue. I bought my first car from this dealership and they preyed on my ignorance. The finance manager called me after I purchased the car and make all the final payments. She told me the bank needs me to increase my down payment in order to lock in my rate. This was after I drove the car off the lot and the had the keys in my hand. I would learn later that this practice is outlawed nationally. What makes this situation worse is that all parties involved are Black. It's already frustrating when a someone outside your race tries to take advantage of you. It's on another level when it's someone who looks like you. Needless to say, I will never step foot in this dealership to do business again. I just want to shed light on some of the shady business practices this dealership conducts. Obliviously, the choice is yours if you want to continue to support this business.
