Calling in is a waste of time - it keeps saying the offices are closed yet its 10am …..I have never gotten thru to anyone ! You people need to get it together over there ! FIX this

No appointments require at all. I did a name change and I did my application online so i only had to come in to show my documents as proof. I waited just like everyone else. They never answered the phone at first so i just went to the office. It was a good experience. The lady who helped me was very nice. If you can go to the office it best just to go then call because they never answer. Just make sure you bring any documents you might need.

My husband and I just left here for a name correction . The service was absolutely superb. I read the reviews and they were horrifying 😳. We experienced the opposite of the bad reviews. We give them 10 stars from security to employees. Keep up your great work guys!

Hello, the SSA office in Camp Springs is still closed to the public. You can call them and they will tell you how to upload your information.

Usually the line is all the way back to the door and you do have to wait a long time . If you had any type of handicap that requires you for not standing for a long period of time I strongly suggest A-line buddy. A-line buddy is someone that can stand for you while you sit and wait your turn in line.
