This has been the worse experience ever dealing with a dealership of this size collision center!! My car has literally been here for 3 months for a fender and bumper repair!! Insurance company says it should take 30/35 hours to complete meanwhile we are going on 3 1/2 months, I’m fighting with insurance company daily about payment for rental that I’m not responsible for but because my car has literally been KIDNAPPED, you can’t get the service provider on the phone, they just push everyone on the poor receptionist GABY to handle the complaints and explain their failures, I have yet to speak to my service rep once. Gaby the receptionist is the only contact I’ve had regarding my car since June!!! I would never bring or take my car to this collision center EVER!!!! Ridiculous poor customer service just shut the whole collision center down for good!!! I shouldn’t have given the 1 star rating I gave it should be negative 5 stars

Ms. Rochelle was very helpful, she talked me through the issue of my car and even helped me find the right parts. Her customer service was excellent and honestly is the reason I come here to get work done. She is literally there best employee.

Used website to schedule an oil change. I left my telephone number and email address. After waiting three days, I called to find out when my appointment was and why I had not received a telephone call or an email in reference to an appointment. The only thing the receptionist could say is that you do not need an appointment, come anytime during the week between 7 and 4 and on Saturday between 8 and 2.
