Platform falling down, elevator never works, escalate always broken, canopy always leaks when it rains and mold everywhere. Metro is a disgrace and keeps getting worse. I going to start commuting into DC by car.

This is not consistent. I would recommend that you expect to pay on the holidays unless posted otherwise when you arrive to the garage.
There is not a direct phone number to speak to someone at the station. All communications must go to the general number for MARC, METRO or AMTRAK.
Don't park, have them meet you at the "Kiss and Ride" area where you pull up and then get in your car.
