Hotel is clean and in a goof location but what gave them a 5 star review was the staff and their customer service. We checked in after a 7 hour drive, got to our room only to quickly learn we had a family who liked to yell and scream at their kids across the hall and another above us whose kid(s) sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. I wet to the front desk and w/o hesitation were were moved and had a very restful night. On a sidenote - parent need to learn to control their kids in hotels...it is not a summer camp or daycare!

We booked and stayed in this quality inn for 4 nights. They did not clean room and change towels and bed sheets at all for all the 4 nights of stay even after requesting. We paid over $200 per night. They don't even deliver clean towels to the room, we have to pick up from the counter ourselves.. We have to clean the trashcans every day ourselves. The Air conditioning made lot of noise. Difficult to sleep at night. The carpets in the room are worn out. The TV seems to be from last century. Overall it was a bad experience.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are really clean. The towels are very white clean. Comfortable. Very reasonable price with swimming pool, hot tub. But bathroom is a bit small to maneuver. I would still Highly recommend it.
