Made appointment to drop MKZ off for new tires, resolve recall on driver side airbag and get the works oil change and car check. Troy handled the appointment and insured that the tires were on hand. I have found that having the dealer handle the tires and because there are pressure sensors built in results in less issues and also, not being nickeled and dime to death like you feel when you go to a tire place. Also, they can do an alignment check while other place do not have that capability. Have found that the cost for tires are about the same as going to a tire dealer. Have been very happy with the personnel at Purvis Ford and the service they have provided.

so I had a recall on my 2012 F150, scheduled service to be done two months out, however upon me, taking it to the garage locally to get the inspection done the truck stop. assuming the recall was the reason why the truck stop so I had the vehicle towed to the dealership only to have them do a diagnostic and charge me $280. so the recall was a transmission but they told me I need a whole new transmission wanting $7,500. Took it to a transmission specialist and that was not the case… I guess they wanted me to backpay for all those workers around here doing absolutely nothing. I understand the economy is getting bad but don’t make it bad for your customers.!!!

I agree with Shaw. Take the vehicle to the dealership to get an in-person quote.
Talk to Frank Malow at purvis he is great at finding you a great car with a good price, he sold me a 2014 mustang with 23000 miles on it in great condition
I do not know, but I am sure that if you call Purvis Ford's Service Department, someone should be able to provide you with the aforementioned information.
You can but i would always make sure that someone knows beforehand.
As nick said above. Or you can blaze a trail, swipe down on the tablet, enable Bluetooth, go to Ford vehicle and enable Bluetooth and let them pair. Voila !
Service opens at 7am and the techs start at 730 am.
