Don't waste your time and money. GFL provides bad service and bad customer service. The only reason we used them is because they bought our business from County Waste. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I have ordered extra trashcan for about three weeks now I have not received it and every time I call I get different response by calling different companies they presented answer the call very unprofessional it make you feel like you really calling Trash company

Every time I call, I get disconnected after 30 minutes! No one ever seems to answer calls there!

Trash has only been picked up TWICE since first week of June. Now my HOA is on everyone's a** to get the containers off the streets. County Waste and Shifflets are the only waste services here and they were both bought out by GFL.

Unable to call the office

What's going on with the recycle pickup, I am being charged but l am not receiving the service. The regular trash pickup has been on time , (l am going to start putting all the trash into the same trash bin) and ask not to be charged for the recycle

Has anyone else not had recycling picked up two weeks in a row?Invoice shows recycling charge but no pickup. Who in Stafford Counry Government do we complain to? Does BBBdo any good?
