Would not recommend the most racist company I came across thousands of violations start at 2-2:30 a.m drag trash cans and yell out Spanish words at u if u tell them they wrong is just a start I cannot wait until this company is shut down im goin continue to report them everyday until I see a change

2AM disturbing the peace twice a week, throwing away ALL recycles in the neighbor hood, and retaliation by property damage..........I used this company for about a year. While they aren't nearly as terrible as American is, they don't following the laws. They would always start collection in our neighborhood between 2-2:30am in violation of the local ordinance. I could tell they were trying to be quiet as they would turn off the turbocharger on their truck during their early morning raids, but between the trash cans banging, glass bottles clanging, and the workers yelling & shouting, I was still woken up. I reported them to the county for early start & noise violations, and what do you think happened? They retaliated by throwing a rock at my car which has a panoramic glass roof and screamed something in spanish at our house at 2:30am. Lastly, after being woken up almost every time they did their 2AM collection which was twice a week, I noticed that they were throwing away ALL of our recycles. We are environmentally conscious and make an effort to wash out, and recycle everything that is accepted. I have countless videos of them throwing away not just ours, but everyone's recycles on our street. The truck they used did NOT have a separate area for recycles. I saw them throw the recycles and trash in the same hopper on the rear every time. I believe this was done on-purpose & knowingly because I've never even seen a single one of their recycles-only truck in our neighborhood. It is maddening to know that they are committing this level of fraud & deception against the environment. This company lacks morality, civility, and respect of their customer's neighborhoods, sleep schedules, and the law. (from 2019-2020)

Passenger was very nasty and rude. Was cussing and being very rude. Flicked my older child off. The driver bumped into my car and was yelling and cussing. Cardinal won’t return any of my calls. Was also saying racial slurs using the N word
