Horrible customer service. Impossible to reach anyone by phone (sends you to a centralized phone line with waiting times up to hours long) and they never reply to email. ING has become expert at not dealing with people despite their numerous mishaps with client products and accounts.
wow! i got the same scenario and ph number he had, he said he was emailing me the email he gave. I thought about my job because there are pending reports, I asked "how can i help you" then commented the next day. his name is MICHAEL SMITH ..
Then I was asked to give her all of Ms.'s claims. Marie Ann Ronald Reyes said she died in August 2015. She was asking for my ATM but I said “Im not interested” and she has been harassing me. he even filed his US Passport with his death certificate when he mentioned his name and his Statement of Account ...
please don't get victimized ..
