We have never had such an easy and painless car buying experience. Each person we came in contact with was polite, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. From start to finish we were taken care of & kept in the loop on everything that was going on. This family run dealership has changed the game of car buying!! Our sales representative, Marc, took the time to explain so many different features on the car & even called the next day to make sure we were happy and to answer any extra questions we had. I went yesterday for some parts, spoke with Scott at the parts desk; let me say this he is one amazing asset to Faulkner Volvo. First very approachable, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and in my opinion a all around good guy. So when you head over to Faulkner Volvo drive around the right side of the showroom, you will see the service and parts center. Enter the door and ask for the parts desk. There you will speak to Scott and he will gladly help you with any parts or keys you need just make sure you have your Vin number just makes it easier for him to help. You wait outside until you called in. You pull your car through the garage. Your maintenance guy is all covered. You let he or she know what you are there for. You stay in the car until it's safe. Then you can leave the car. Go in the waiting room. They only have 3 other people schedule. You must go in the waiting room and you are 6 + feet apart. Everything is wearing mask, face guard, and gloves. You stay in that room until the same tech comes to you to let you know how much the work will cost what is needed. You are in and out. If you still uncomfortable then there's bench outside that you can sit on.
