I have two plots I had for a very long time at white chapel. I lost my certificate once and I called them and they were so kind to send me a new certificate. I now have a loved one who needs it to be buried. I spoke with Mr. H.T. Johnson about my loved one and he kindly informed me on how I can use my grave for my loved one. He was very professional and attentive to my needs. I give them five stars for the love and the kindness that was shown to me in my time of sorrow. Thank you!

I went today 9.27.22 to visit my mother's grave. She is located in the Masonic section and the grass and weeds were super high. This is the 2nd time in the last y months that I went there and the grass was very high. The other side where Mer. Nix and his wife are seems to be well maintained and that Masonic section looks very neglected. I took some photos and videos. I couldn't even read the names of the flat gravemarkers as the grass is covering them

The new owner showed concern for the property. He addressed my concerns and made me feel at ease.

Came to visit my Aunt's resting place, the grass uncut weeds everywhere. This is disgusting and disrespectful to the families they pay for their Love One final resting place ifI could give No Stars I would. The roads in the cemetery are disgraceful.... I went into the office and spoke with the owner the owners about my concerns, the New owners explained that they just recently aquire the Memorial Park, took me outside and showed me how since they took over the park last week they have already started working on the property. We walked around and he showed how they're caring for the plaques. The owner also gave me his personal promise that the next time we came to visit, we should see a difference. That conversation was a good feeling.

When me & my kids went the office was closed we found my husband sight on our own. That was my 1st time there.
Gregory I visit my father and grandmother there often. They are near the office. Yes they should be very helpful at the office. My father is in Honor B right off the road. I usually put flowers for him and my grandma that's on top of him. And I give flowers to a couple of his neighbors 😊 share the love.
They no longer allow upright stones. According to the administrator, White Chapel is now a memorial site and only allows placing flush plaques. We ordered one for our parents last week. Delivery is running about 12 weeks due to the pandemic right now.
Call the office and have the year she passed away and they can tell you. Someone who worked there showed me the exact location when I arrived.
I dont work there. You would have to call them.
