I ordered a gun online and has it sent through Port Royal Gun and Pawn. Long story short, I was put on a delay. They were very good explaining what was happening and answered all my questions. Bottom line although the delay was stressful they were a pleasure to work with.

I had the worst experience i have every had dealing with a business. It's entirely to much to text but they only care about the money and not the customer. To top it off i was told military and vets gets a ten percent discount and the manger(Scott) told me we don't honor that... I would never recommend them to a family member nor friends!!!!!!!!

I've had nothing but great service, advice and recommendations from the staff! My firearm was new and totally reasonably priced! Someone from day 1 has welcomed me! I read the other folks review's , and don't understand the negative comments? If they're busy , and your just browsing then browse! If you need help , ask? I go in twice a month at least, and always leave with something , or at least in a good mood! Great guys ! Solid five stars!
