Just kept canceling needed Covid appointments, yet the time I chose kept being available again. What "unforseen circumstances" made you cancel my appointments other than not wanting to do your job? If it's an inconvenience to you, go find another job because it's clear whoever canceled these appointments doesn't want to be bothered with people.

Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone,pharmacist told me the rest of my meds would be ready they were not????WTH how hard is to do your job???

My daughter and myself went to cvs pharmacy in Port Royal,Beaufort SC, to check on her prescription around 12:15 pm and she was told that it would be ready by 2:00 ,she waited till 3:00 to go by and pick it up,but needless to say,she was told that it was never put in and it would be another hour, The young lady that had asked the pharmacist about the prescription was was told the same thing about the time.So apparently this pharmacy isn't very competent.

Just when I thought customer service was a permanent thing of the past, I ran into Tamira and Andrew in the pharm dept. of this store. Both were superb in doing what any business should do, i.e. SERVE your customer. Tamira attended to me several times since I had multiple actions to take at the pharm counter. Such a pleasant person and so helpful. Andrew administer the injections and I was quite aware of his competency, both in word and action. Highly recommended!
