Its like buying a car, you never know if you got a good deal. I can say that I was treated fairly and with respect by Don. He new the type of camper we wanted and we ended up buying used but that was the style we wanted. It was a hot day but Don took us to several campers before we bought the one we are picking up tomorrow. I look forward to having the team at Myers teach me all phases of hooking up and setting up. They build this into every sale.

Parts department gentlemen was very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent selection to choose from and the price was fair. At the checkout, the young lady helped me by carrying my purchase to my vehicle. Excellent customer service all around! Definitely will shop there again and will definitely recommend Meyer's RV to my friends and family.

Buying the camper was fine but took forever to hear from the finance guy. Made an appt to pick up camper and it as a new camper but was ok the showroom floor, during our walk through there was a broken bed rail, missing bed latch and bed tie down things, a tear in the floor and it was filthy. Needless to say we said we would come back once that was all fixed and never heard from them. My husband called them and left a message to check on Status and a few days went by they called me back and I made an appt to come back Friday to pick up. My husband went to pick it up and the match and the bed rail and the tie downs all still missing, they tell us they got the wrong parts and just ordered the correct ones, hello, shouldn’t that be a call to us that it is not ready? Also, we paid an extra 2000 something for this microban deep clean thing and some extra stuff to the outside and the camper still filthy. Like dust and stuff on the floor, prove to me that it was clean. So my husband is too nice and wanted to bring the camper home so he did and I was like you should have spoken to someone. So I called, I have now called 4 times in less than a week and left messages each time and still no call back. Absolutely horrible experience, I would a million times tell you to go elsewhere.
