We live full time in our class b, after some time we wanted to find a van that better suited our personal needs. After some research we decided to come to this business because of their selection and promise of service. ( We had some issues with our travato and trying to get repairs was a nightmare). We came to Sunshine State, looked around made our decision on a Coachmen Beyond. They gave us a fair price on trade and on the new purchase. Their promise to get us an appointment within 5 days for any service was a major selling point. We had a few issues come up and true to their word they had us scheduled within the 5 days. Due to hurricane Ian, we called them and rescheduled, which they scheduled at our convience. Being full timers, I cannot thank these people enough for their promptness and willingness to work with us to make this a very positive experience. A special shout out to Mister Keith Peterson, the service tech who took care of our issues and his thoroughness. He walked us through the repairs and made sure we were happy with the work done, thank you Keith. In our travels, anyone who ask we will only recommend Sunshine State to deal with for class b rvs. Thanks to this business for keeping customer satisfaction a number 1 priority!

The purchase of my 2023 Sprinter Galleria on Friday (9/24/22) was a pleasant experience. They provided me information and videos of the Sprinter I was interested in and made the purchase process super easy. Unfortunately, I had to correct/clarify a number of personal pieces of information on the purchase documents which were promptly, fully corrected. SSRV set me up, at their expense, at a local RV park to operate all of the functions of my Sprinter and to determine any issues needing attention. As promised, I showed up on Monday morning and they took my Sprinter right in and got these few minor issues addressed. As a courtesy they washed my RV to rid it of the dreaded Love Bugs on the front and removed the dust from my previous night's Harvest Hosts dirt road. I am very pleased to receive the attention and service promised. A great job from the whole Team at SSRV. 5 Star experience here.
