Slow service 1:30pm inside sit down. I had a problem ordering with the kiosk and the manager and another employee watched as I figured out on my own that it wasn't working. Once I found a working kiosk my order came out in 5 minutes and was hot.

On many occasions. I arrived between 12:30 and 1:00 a.m. to request an order through the 24hr drive-thru to be told they are serving only chicken nugget meals. On several other occasions. I'm advised DoorDash or Uber eats orders only and am denied service. If the franchise owner is aware of this practice, it's extremely bad business for a 24-hour drive-thru to implement these rules.

Do Not Go To This Location! This McDonalds is consistently out of regular items. The help at this location is usually rude as well. Try another McDonalds location, if you'd like a true representation of what McDonalds is all about.
