J.W. Freeman repiped our home and also installed a new water supply line. All their personnel; sales, plumbers, and management, were very professional, polite, and responsive. My husband and I had multiple plumbing companies give us estimates. We chose F.W. Freeman for several reasons, even though their estimate was higher than the other plumbing companies. Their reviews online were the most positive. Their sales person BJ did the a thorough job inspecting our house and explaining the what would be required for the repiping. Also, they had creative ways to do the repiping to minimize drywall damage. There are only a couple of areas in closets which my husband can repair the drywall. Other plumbers were going to do much more extensive and visible drywall damage to cut openings for the new pipes. The plumbers working in our house were very diligent, cleaned up each day when they were done, and answered all our questions. Our repiping was done during Hurricane Ian, so operations were shut down for 1.5 days to prepare and weather the storm. Nonetheless, the job finished on time because J.W. Freeman had additional plumbers, up to 3 per day, came to our home to assist the initial 3 plumbers with the job. I would highly recommend J.W. Freeman for plumbing repairs based on our experience.
