If we could give FAMILY CAMPING World 6 stars we would...We Found our perfect camper here and they were very nice and knowledgeable and answered any question we had...Bill was Great ..showed us different campers and when we picked ours he was very helpful and did more for us then we could've have imagined...and Brett did our walk thru with us. He took his time so we could understand all the things we needed to know and every time we had a question without hesitation he had an answer with an explanation that meant a lot to us...So Thank-You BILL AND BRETT YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. GARY AND CONNIE JAKOBY. UPDATE. WE WENT BACK TO THIS RV OPTIMIZE and WE WILL NOT BE BACK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE

Tried calling and the parts people were too busy to talk. I offered to send an email with a picture of the part I needed. They didn't even bother to respond to me. This place used to be great when it was family owner and before it was sold to this corporation. I'll take my business elsewhere.
