Purchased furniture 3 moths ago and service was ok and they delivered my furniture almost immediately, ordered a bedroom set that same day, payed off the bedroom set 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it cause they keep saying it is being transferred in. They had 3 months to transfer it in initially. The customer service I have received from this experience has been terrible and won’t be recommending or shopping there again. Can’t even get ahold of the company customer service because it is saying they are having technical difficulties every time I call. So they just have my money and my merchandise at this point.

Went here to get a second opinion on furniture and a bed. Because I went to Ashley's and they were charging me $8000 for a couch bed and mattress. Joe was able to get me a bed, mattress, couch and love seat for a little over $4000...great guy and helped me a lot

Stopped by the store today and was very pleased with the customer service. Joe was extremely helpful and kind. Cool dude. 10/10. I will definitely be shopping here again when I am in the need for furniture in the future.
