This motel was dirty, unkempt, noisy, and unfriendly. The beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were $1 pillows from Walmart. This motel is overpriced. I have no clue how they get decent reviews. I can’t believe how nasty I felt after one short night there. I have to say it was dirty again. Broken tv. Moldy dirty shower. I’d like to get my money back and never stay there again. Zero stars if possible. Gross.

Rude employees. Room is ok with AC making horrible noise..impossible to sleep. Broken remote control. Basically it's a near road cheap motel with prices of 3" hotel.

Have stayed with them alot in the last 8 months due to Cottonwoods housing shortage. Consistently five stars, the owners take a lot of pride in their property and really go the extra mile for their guests. Great location and always clean.

Property is clean and convenient to major chain shopping and fast food restaurants. The 2 queen beds were very comfy with alot of pillows. There's a nice table and chairs, microwave and coffeemaker with coffee. The price is reasonable for the quality. Recommended.
