Stayed on July 30, 2022 1 star only for: PROS: Clean sheets, Comfortable Bed, AC unit in working condition CONS: Homeless man lying down on street corner as we pulled into Super 8 driveway, Safety chain for hotel room door broken and unusable, room window would not lock, Stained bedspread, "Non-Smoking" room reeked heavily of smoke, room in overall disrepair including missing and scuffed paint on walls, multiple drill holes in walls, lots of dirty fingerprints on walls and around doorknobs, cracked lampshade, not enough outlets in room that are accessible for charging cell phones, very dirty and dusty worn out chairs w/rolling casters, no bathroom fan, badly stained bathtub, screws loose causing shower rod to barely hang on to wall, cracked bathroom sink with very old sink faucet handles coated in hard water build up and corrosion, old and outdated furniture and carpet, free breakfast provided was only oatmeal, watered down juice (maybe Tang?) and coffee. Better to stay elsewhere!

ADA room was unsafe for people with disabilities. Mattress to floor was 32", s/b 20-23". We should have slept in the car,, it would have been more comfortable. Not enough electrical outlets. 2 night stands with lamps but only one was usable because no place to plug in the other. The only chairs in the room were on casters. Had to unplug refrigerator in order to use the microwave. Unplug hair dryer if you wanted to make coffee. Unplug coffee if you need to use curling iron. The only table/desk was the size of a TV tray. We checked out early and would not recommend it.

I was greeted by a roach in my room. Stayed 2 nights. Requested a 3rd. Slept well until my wake-up call about my rate nearly doubling. After some multiple trips to the front desk and reading online about the “low price guarantee”, I found they would not match their own price on their own website. However, they were willing to allow me to re-book online, move all my stuff to a different room, and then clean 2 rooms instead of one, all for the original rate. Unbelievable.

Positive: The location was good and the service was good Negative: This hotel and others that advertise things like hot breakfast, pool etc. When you arrive you find no breakfast at all 'because of Covid-19'. Well they all have had 2 years to change their advertising and haven't. It's now permanent and not temporary.
