Inquired about the cars on Sunday night, got all the information about the cars and financing options on Monday, Application on Tuesday, approval on Wednesday, drove down and picked up the car Friday morning. No hiccups whatsoever - can’t be any easier than this, PLUS Audi Allentown is one of a few dealers on East coast that in this inflated market sells at MSRP and AUDI finance rates. Pleased with the process and their professionalism start to finish, as bonus got some tips to use with my trade-in in the future. Highly recommend to anyone and, when time comes, I will make my first inquiry for the next new car here! Thank you guys!

Overall poor experience. Worked with a nice salesperson who always had a cavalier attitude and I had to call every month just to get an update. Each time I got an update it was 180 From the prior update. Ordered a vehicle in April. And by middle of July the update went from It’s in the factory being built due in August to there’s no change. But guess what? The update was now it’s in transit with no ETA. For the 2nd time escalated to the Sales Manager. Now, they say it’s just best that I find another vehicle. Red flag. On the surface he sounded understanding but he didn’t take me or my concerns seriously. I ended doing my own search and purchased the vehicle I want 10 days later. The vehicle is no longer listed in the inventory so I’m sure they yanked my deal on purchase. After, I had to write to the GM to get my deposit back. And it took over two weeks. Don’t recommend. This dealership plays games. Cierra Miranda in sales is not competent nor does she communicate well. The Sales Manager Marcus Davis just had a title. Escalating to him was a waste of time and nothing was Resolved. Called the dealership a few times and had hang ups. Just a poor Audi experience. I’m glad I ended the deal. Unfortunately, they wasted 3 months of my time. Go to another dealer.
