I called Texas Harley looking for a 2022 Road Glide Limited and spoke to Becca. I told her what I was looking for and she scheduled a time for me to come in and test ride it. She was very professional and helpful. She introduced me to Freddy my salesman and we went out for a test drive together. Freddy was extremely knowledgeable and knew every detail of the bike and answered all of my questions. We spent a good couple of hours going over the details of the road glide limited and the difference between my 2020 CVO street glide that I planned on trading in. Since I do a lot of long distance touring he helped me make the decision to go ahead and switch to the road glide. He also helped me pick out the important accessories I needed to add to the bike to make it my own for my touring needs. He took me over to Chris in the parts department to order the heated seat, Led lights, and other miscellaneous accessories. Chris even called me the next day to schedule my accessory install date. After coming to an agreement to purchase the bike I sat down with Lou and discussed finance terms and I feel like he really took care of me on my trade. I have not been more pleased with the high standards of customer service I received at this dealership. I am beyond pleased with the people I met to help me purchase my new ride. Very professional and a “ no pressure” to buy environment which is extremely important to me. I am very happy with my decision and highly recommend giving Freddy a visit on your next motorcycle purchase!

He's been patient with all of my questions (which is a lot) and is always making suggestions for What I actually do need. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about Harleys.
