I normally don't leave reviews but this dealership blew me away to where I wanted to. Let me start off by saying that Mitch with sales is by far the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. From the moment we walked in the door until we left Mitch was very inviting and helped answer any and all questions both me and my wife had. He just went above and beyond our whole purchasing process and made us feel like family. I cannot express how above and beyond he went other than giving an example. When I bought the bike on Saturday, I had made a small comment that one of the fairings had a few small paint chips due to just every day wear and tear. Come to find out when I walked out of signing the paperwork, I found Mitch himself sitting there buffing the bike where I pointed out the small paint chips, NEVER have I seen a sales rep doing this much cleaning on a bike....especially after the sale had been made. After the paperwork had been signed he was still going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for both me and my wife. Overall words cannot express how impressed we both are with our experience with Mitch and how much dedication he puts into each of his customers. Besides Mitch, everyone we spoke to at the dealership was really welcoming and super friendly. Even though we drove up from Austin to buy this motorcycle, we will without a doubt make that drive again in the future! If your in the Dallas area this is the only dealership I would recommend without a doubt!
