Contact Allen Ryan at Woodcraft and ask about CNC time rental, if he doesn't have the capacity for it he should have leads on other places for your cut.
For turning? I do know they have a selection of turning blanks.
Try using another piece of wood or preferably something metal like a steel angle and use it as a caul to clamp them flat to the table.
They have many sizes of drill bits. Depending on the size they should work just fin for acrylic.
