I bought into the hype and advertising blather behind this outfit. Even paid a 30% premium to install their equipment (advertising comes at a cost - even supporting falsehoods!). 3 + years after installation, I'm now with a system that is without an extended warranty option (even though I paid for McAfee's premier service program) and I definitely lack the peace of mind as was promised originally. When it comes to meeting service expectations ‘hold your breath with McAfee’ is a far more factual representation than the 'Breathe easy' slogan frequently advertised.

We had Drew, Danny, Ken, Sean, Nick, Mike, and Jason Who came out to our house to get us set up and installed with a new heating and air conditioning system, as well as blowing out the duckwork system.. They all worked as a team and we're very professional. As well as being very polite and courteous. They did an excellent job. We would highly recommend McAfee to everybody.

I had my AC unit replaced in Summer of 2020 and have so many issues since. I had to have them out Summer of 2021 over 5 times before they identified why my unit of less than a year was not working. They tried giving me excuses like my TV being a few feet from my thermostat etc. I continue to have issues like the condensation line flooding my hallways and back yard because of placement. I have requested to speak to a manager several times over the phone to never receive a call back. I only call them because the unit is under warranty but I would not recommend them to anyone.
