Cashier insisted all items be put on the belt even though there were only a few and I turned all the barcodes up. Next time I went, she wouldn’t start scanning my items until I emptied the entire cart even though there was an empty cart there waiting for her to put the items in. Then when she was moving my cart she hit me with it. Almost seemed intentional. Now when I go I make sure to have less than 20 Items so I can always do self checkout

So we were in the store and my husband and I don't.eat pork so we were at the deli department and ask the gentleman if he could cut our lunch meat on a non pork scale he said that he would clean the scale and the slicer we said ok at the end of him doing so my husband said thanks I appreciate what u did for us the guy then said Yeah I worked in the prison system I dealt with a lot of Muslims ok well my husband is Muslim but that wasn't really a thing to say not.happy with the comment he made at all 🤔🤔 and y because he's Muslim u assumed he was locked up really really sad

I've been a member here for over 10 years. I've finally reached a point where I've vowed never to come back. 1. The self-checkout area is a disaster since the remodel. Definately not functional for a warehouse club. 2. The loss prevention persons are slow, have no sense of urgency and do not add any clear value to the customer or the business. 3. The selection of items is unreliable at best, and often switches without warning nor explainiation. 4. The coupon book is a terrible parrallel to the grocery store's circular ads. Without spending time choosing items from it you are likely to spend 3-5% more on your order. However, it takes you about 10 minutes to go through it in order to get the coupons for the items you actually want. A obvious ploy to get people to buy things they don't want/need. The only good thing about this place now is they still have a policy where you can get your membership refunded while you are member.

I am very disappointed in my treatment here at BJs tire center in Deptford NJ. As a long time customer I thought it would be a good idea to shop here for my new tires. I walked into the service center and waited over 25 minutes for someone to come to the counter. . . When someone finally came to our assistance, he appeared he could not be bothered to assist me in getting what I needed. Upon finally getting assistance from a different employee (after the first one said he was busy and walked away) , I was told the tires I wanted could not be ordered.For times sake and a trip I was taking soon I went with the tires I was told were in stock. 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment that next Day (already 3/4 of the way there) I was called and told they did not have my tires and that I needed to reschedule for the next day at 10am because the tires would be in (on a sunday morning? That seemed fishy) . I reluctantly agreed to the schedule change and was hung up on without any form of confirmation on the appointment being made, I called back to make sure it was confirmed and was told yes, before being hung up on again quickly.... Upon arriving for my 10am appointment I approached the desk and was told the tires ordered for me wouldn't be in until Tuesday, and that they never receive shipments on Sunday mornings AND that my appointment was made for 9:30 (when I was told 10am) I will never shop tires at this BJs again. The staff was unhelpful and clearly had no idea what they are doing.
