I have been with Alinsco for 6 years with no issues. A month ago they sent an insurance renewal notice. I tried to get on their website to view the new policy offer and change some things because they were trying to charge me $80 additional. No changes, didn't add another car or nothing. Website was down. I called in and asked why the policy was going up $80. The customer service guy said inflation. I then asked him when the website was going to fixed. He didn't know. I needed to drop 1 of my 3 vehicles down to liability insurance only and then make a payment before Sept 17. I asked him how I was supposed to do it with the website being down. He said I needed to call the insurance agent. I then advised him if I go into the office and have an agent change it, I will have to pay $110 just for the change to be made, hence why I handle handle everything on the website. The customer service agent was much like oh well. I checked the website every day including this morning. Still doesn't work. So as of tomorrow I start a policy with Progressive. Yes I'm paying the additional $80, however I was able to add a fourth vehicle and keep full coverage on the others. I will never have anything good to say about Alinsco. I will never recommend this company and will advise everyone to steer clear of this company. This entire episode has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Horrible company I advise you not to get hit by anyone with this insurance. They take forever to process a claim.

Didn't stay long enough to find out. Just had liability but i bought my new car i changed to Geico.
Changed to Geico a real insurance company.
I think you Login to the website then go to the payment information and update. I hope that should solves your issue
