Could have been the old lady throwing the tire thru the window. Extremely disappointed DT wouldn't even take off a lug nut to look at the condition of the rim before saying they wouldn't touch it because of a lug nut issue......Looks like it's NTB from now on for me.

Questions & Answers

Anybody else notice these people cant rotate or balance tires without selling you something first? Hell they can't balance a tire even if they sell a whole set. They tried to slip a used tire in when I paid for 4 new ones.

Needed a flat tire repaired. Salesman said tire could not be repaired because the location of the object was too close to the sidewall requiring the purchase of a new tire. The salesman did attempt to sell the highest quality tire. However after a few questions a lower priced tire was located without sacrificing quality. I would continue to recommend their service. Went online and was able to determine that from an independent source that the salesman's assessment was correct.

They have their own credit card you can apply for. And if approved you can purchase tires with it. Or most credit cards accepted there.

Why do they tell you it's gonna take an hour and a half wait? If I managed an establishment and told my customers that I would be embarrassed!

There's a few reasons for that. For one thing, it takes a good while to change tires to begin with. Add to the fact that a lot of people regularly come to visit and that adds to the wait time. And honestly, in the customer service environment, it's a better practice to overestimate on time then to underestimate. If you tell a customer the whole process takes 15-20 minutes and you end up staying there for about 30-45 minutes or longer, chances are you would get impatient and angry that it was taking longer than expected, and the business would get a bad review potentially for misleading customers. However, if I was told the process takes an hour and then ends up taking 30 minutes instead, it not only sets up a realistic expectation that it's going to probably take a while, but people tend to be more pleased by the idea that a business finishes a task much faster than the time they said it would take to do. This helps customers if they are running errands and have time constraints
