I do REFUSE to believe people rate this place so highly. I bought an RV two years ago and my RV has spent more time in their warehouse than with me. I brought my RV in two different times for fixing. The first time, they completely scratched everywhere. They even left footprints on my bed and couch. The second time I brought it in, they peed in my dry toilet. EVERYWHERE! There are pee stains on my toilet and garbage can. I clean my RV extremely thoroughly after each and every use… and they absolutely trashed my RV. Horrendous service and extremely unprofessional. Stay far from this place! I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.

We came from about 8 hoursaway to snag a great deal on a used fifth wheel, and everyone we worked with helped make the process as easy as possible. Gary and Zach from sales helped with coordinating times and answering all our questions about the unit before and after our trip to check it out. The sales manager Eric helped with the finance app when I couldn't get it to work on my computer and time was short. Tim from finance helped get all our paperwork situated on very short notice. The service techs do a full inspection and were able to quickly make a needed repair. Dave answered ALL our questions during our walkthrough at pickup and when we left our rig was 100% ready to camp, which we took advantage of on our way home. Finally, the very patient man whose name we didn't catch taught us how to hitch up. These people are true experts who take pride in doing their jobs well. If you're considering getting a camper from RV Value Mart, you will not be disappointed!
