The tech arrived but refused to repair a switch on my dryer because we attempted to replace a different switch that didn't fix the problem. When he departed I called customer service because I had disclosed when scheduling that we had purchased a part and unsuccessfully attempted a repair. The agent apologized and the appointment was rescheduled with assurances that the repair would be made. At the scheduled time a text came that the tech was on his way, but 40 minutes later I received another text that the appointment was cancelled! Trying to get an answer, I persisted with the most annoying automated phone system, was transferred to 3 different agents, and then disconnected!! Stay away. Find a local repair tech with a person who answers the phone, does scheduling, and answers questions. I wasted hours and my dryer is still broken.

Another technician has arrived so if you read my first post, you will remember that I was not happy. The third technician seemed to know a lot more about the product and has ordered a different part. I am heading into Week 4 without a range or oven. Hopefully this will be fixed next week when he returns with the correct part.
