The manager at the Willow Street location is horrible and clueless, rude. I wanted to get my car inspected and a oil change but the manger said I needed to have my “TRUNK” opened after I told them I have a hard time locking it when I opened it and I told them I didn’t want it opened but he insisted that it’s a law in PA to have your car pass inspection. I’ve never heard of this so called law. He said he needed to ask his team leader and for me to come back on a later date after I was there for over a hour, ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?!? I would NEVER go back there and further more they never went over the out change or what was performed and went I got into my car it still had my last oil change sticker on windshield, I went back inside and told the guy and he wrote my next oil change on a sticker with a black marker. WOW JUST WOW !!! Trust me pay the extra money and go somewhere else, this place is horrible and filled with rude and unprofessional employees. After reading their reviews I guess the happy people got lucky. #jiffyclueless of Willow Street
