I came in with a TV thinking all pawn shops are a rip off they never give you what it's worth to my suprise they gave me what I needed and on top of that they also traded me a top of the line bike that was worth way more than the TV so I really feel like I got over on them I most definitely got what the TV is worth so I had a great experience customer service was A1 Cameron assisted us and Mike just cut up and made the experience fun when you go in ask to see the new portable antenna lol thank you for the help I'll definitely be back.

Really no stars here. The establishment is so unprofessional. I don't know the other reviewers experiences, but I concur with the statement that the judgement of the employees could not be more off and rude. We are respected people that serve in our community, have strong Christian values, and abide by the law. My spouse brought several items to sell here and was interrogated and accused of having stolen the items! Mind you, these are items we have paid for from our pockets and with our side business taking a hit during the pandemic they were not selling so he took them to see if he would get anything at all from this shop. Once accused we took our business elsewhere and were treated with respect. The audacity of this man to treat anyone the way he does is incredulous! I don't see this manager having much success at this location long. 😉 We don't need this kind behavior to be represented here. We plan to spread this info of his stereotyping to every person we know in our community.

(Stereotyping Manager) I know when I'm being stereotyped for being Hispanic, and I knew it instantly as soon as he kept asking me where I got the item I was trying to sell. The manager had assumed I had stolen it, which obviously I didn't.
