Pool still isn’t open. Room was very dirty. Sheets smelled. Very dimly lite room. Tv only had one channel. The worst bed I have ever slept on. The shower had a huge clog. Shower had chunks of black stuff and hair everywhere. Worst stay I have ever had.

The assistant manager was very nice and friendly. She did assist a lot. The room was on average clean. There was a dirty wash cloth in the tub. I just removed the wash rag. There was a hole in the wall, where the main door opens and tissue was stuffed in the wall to cover the hole. The beds were really hard and I had a backache for two days. I, have to admit customer service was phenomenal. The price was reasonable.

We loved the large, clean, nicely appointed room. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The base support for the TV was broken so I had to prop it up. The shower and vanity area was very nice. The staff, as usual at Motel 6, were very helpful and congenial. We didn't use the pool but it was also very nice.

Pros: The staff was really nice. They let us swim after hours. Housekeeping was friendly and quick to knock on the door to ask if we needed anything. They provided a room with a mini-fridge upon request. The beds were decent enough and did the trick. The price was very fair. The rooms appear to be clean. Central location, close to restaurants and all the places we needed to go. Cons: When we walked into the room, it smelled similar to a wet dog. There were little bugs crawling around in our bathroom, and I finally got a few of them on some toilet paper and took them down to who I assume was the owner. I told him I wondered if they were baby termites, and he informed me that they were baby cockroaches. He offered for us to switch rooms so he could spray, but we were way too busy that weekend to have the time. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk, and there wasn't even a clock, which was problematic when my phone was dead and I wasn't able to locate my charger.
