Very disappointed! I used to actually enjoy going inside this store but not so much anymore, we called to make sure they had some parts today, they had them so we asked if they would have them waiting at the counter for me because I was coming from out of Richfield,. I drove 20 miles to the store to find them closed. 3 hours early, didn't bother to let us know that when we called. Very poor customer service!!!

I recently ordered a brake rotor and that was on a Monday they told me that it would be here on Thursday and the part did not come. They told me it would take another week to get the part so I called Auto zone they had the part in stock so I went to get my money back and they would not return my shipping costs. I told them I would not be back I guess it is worth it to them to lose a customer over $10.00
