Recently just moved out of the falls. Overall not a bad place, the leasing agent, Brandi was super helpful with certain situations. Other than that this place failed tremendously. My water heater went out therefore I contacted maintenance and the office, it took them a WEEK to show up and then another to install the new heater. It’s never kept clean around the property not to mention valet trash does not come when they say they come. I recently moved out. Forgetting to change the address on Amazon I sent it to the falls on accident. Picture shows the package arrived. I show up to grab it and it’s not there. I contact the leasing agent and she told me maintenance decided to throw it away because they didn’t know who it belonged too. Absolutely do not come here

Long review incoming! Short version: DON’T LIVE HERE! Long version: I lived here for 2 years and the rent was a little cheaper than most of the area, they are very old apartments and the buildings were very dirty on the outside/in the hallways (check pics below) the amenities were outdated etc. So the price made sense and that was why I decided to move here, to save some money. The apartments are very small inside, in 2 bedroom units the second bedroom is basically the size of a large bathroom, I wouldn’t count it as a second bedroom but the prices reflected that so I was fine with all of it. Fast forward 2 years, my lease was expiring in a few days and I was deciding on if I should move or stay there, and then the day before my lease expired management dropped off a letter on my door and the letter said that some new company came in and bought the entire complex and the new rates were DOUBLE the pricing. But they didn’t solve anything? They didn’t clean anything, they didn’t change the amenities, so they doubled the price for the same exact apartment complex. Makes no sense. I went month to month for 3 months and they never change a thing about the units, now they are some of the most expensive units in the area. STAY AWAY.

Apartments are rundown . Damaged equipment in home. Door hinges come apart . Restrooms are look like they havent been cleaned in a while during my movein. Move in cleaning is not even close clean. Be prepared to hire a cleaner when u move in . Lights were not working. Management is irresponsive. I have raised multiple requests to have my newly rented apartment cleaned up . I had an incident where due to inproper cleaning i was injured .Because of poor maintanance and cleaning .There were glass shards all over on the carpet, clothes , hair all over from previous occupancy. There are also llight covers missing invthe entry way.

Not month to month but they do have a 6 month and 8 month lease option
No studios here smallest is 1 bedroom but so far we like it here and management is good definitely worth what we're paying!!! Got a little thrown off by the added expense of water sewer and trash but all in all we are happy here 😃
After you finish the application and pay fees, it can take usually 2 business days, some cases a little more
Children living at Falls at Hunter's Pointe go to Crescent Elementary, Crescent View Middle School and Alts High School.
