This trailer park has been thru alot when Bob owned it.. I lived there over 11 years ago all kinds of problems.. My girlfriend and her son lives there she's says things have changed over the years it needed too. I'm hopeing on getting a trailer there and live with my girlfriend and her son for many more years to come. And maybe when the weather gets warmer we hope to get married...

I lived in their in 1981 It was ok We had no problems like they maybe did a few yrs ago If it's anything like York creek With which I have never lived because need to be making three times the rent amount Oh and be on welfare with many children do drugs party and get FREE Medicaid! And have roaches!!! No lie!!!! But I'm sure your park is nice!

I really Love what you guys did with this park, Thank you guys for always caring so much about your tenants and always there to help anyone if they need something, Lisa and Larry are by far the coolest landlords Ive ever met and they would give the shirt off there back to anyone in need

Lisa and Larry are awesome, cleaned the trailer park completely up and resided our home and made it look beautiful, Ive been a resident of the park for more than a year and the people in the park are amazing, my dog diva has all the room to run and they are very caring for there residents
