People receiving donations were the rudest I’ve encountered in a long time. Sorry, my donations will go to elsewhere. And forget me giving anything in your red kettles from now on! People dont need to be treated like that when they are trying to do good.

Good morning and thanks for the question! Yes, we do sell tools in our Family Stores when they are donated to us. We cannot sell anything that requires gasoline, however, so we are unable to sell chainsaws unless they are electric.
We actually accept Christmas decorations year round, so whenever you're ready to donate your items we will gladly accept them.
Yes. It includes ALL clothing. I bought about 30 coats between two stores during the last sale
