Can you rent then buy how much rent which included ?

Unfortunately we don't rent any homes

I have lived here some years. First everything was included now the only thing included is trash. There is no real eletric bill manager reads meter then guesses what to charge you and adds it to lot rent. They have brought in trailers illegally for cheap one of them was 5 grand and they rented to own that one for like 17000 approximately 405 lot rent plus 550 rent to own so 955 plus water 35 a month and eletric around 70 then gas for winter 120 for cold months.Good Luck I wish I would have went south like around 68th Street or 44th or byron center much cheaper lot rent all of them . Check Facebook marketplace there's a few on there now good deals but don't buy the one I want lol 😆
