This has been the worst experience of my life.The workers were here from 9-5 took a break at 10, lunch for an hour, break at 3, done working and sitting in truck at 4 and left at 5. They worked 5 hours a day, and out of those 5 hours they were on their phones for 2. They are charging for things not done, things I did, and things I don't have. Now that they are done with the work you cant get a hold of no one, they just pass it to someone else.

Had a chimney fire, called them,, they could not even quote the job for 3 days,,, on the 3rd day we had an appointment for 9:30 - 11 am ,, they called my husband at 8:15 on the day of the appointment and said they couldn't make it due to an big job and would take all their resources,, they would have to reschedule for later in the day,,, so obviously our job wasn't of importance or a big enough job for them to deal with,, my husband has been in the restoration field for 20 years ,, this was VERY unprofessional and dont recommend this company unless you want to be not important as a big job...

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
We do not repair the issue, we do come and assess the damage and start the clean up and the drying process. If you have any questions please feel free to give our office a call and any one of our great office or managers staff can answer them.
