Three stars because of the good experiences over the years But not happy that I just had to pay $ 240 for brakes ( my local shop ) for a loaner car I leased. Car had only 15 000 miles I only did 5000 miles Car is supposed to have certified brakes. I know in the future to have the car checked out even if certified RESPONSE TO RALLEYES RESPONSE TO ME . For brakes to go after 5000 miles shows improper inspection was done No reason to contact you. My mats were put in the car incorrectly. I drove around for months with them going under my brakes. The service person said I should have been shown where the lug nut lock was when given the car. This car apparently was rushed out to me and buyers should be aware when buying a previous owned car from Ralleye

Walk in to the parts dept bring ur Vin number then get some snacks upstairs if they don't have them in they will order and have them in about a week usually on tuesdays
