Today the motor went out in my hospital bed with the knees up. The place we got the bed from said they’d have to order the part, then it would be 3-4 weeks because the service department was backlogged. One call to James and I was told he had the part in stock and he would be happy to come deliver and install it late afternoon. I am so grateful for this high level of customer service.

This place marks up the price 3 times what a product is worth. Staff is not the most pleasant. PLEAS GO TO AMAZON. THE WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST PRICE AND OFFER RETURNS UNLIKE THIS PLACE.
