In town for Farm Fest. A chance to sell to a lot of out of town people, but they choose to close for farm fest. Sign on door said closed for farm fest enjoy your weekend. REALLY MOST SMALL TOWN BUSINESSES LIKE THE EXTRA BUSINESS FESTIVALS BRING TO TOWN!!! That’s why the chamber of commerce puts them on, good for business.Not Merrill, everything but food places was closed. Not planning to go back

This is a fun and friendly shop. They have a wonderful selection of batiks plus a lot of other great fabric from top current designers. They also have a good selection of patterns. There is a range of classes as well. It’s one of my favorite shops in the area.

Very nice quilting shop, with a big variety of fabrics! They also, have a workshop called angel gowns of Michigan. They accept wedding gowns, and then they turn them into angel gowns, for babies that don't survive. They only donate to Michigan hospital's, and anyone can come and participate in deconstructing gowns, to making them. I donated my wedding gown, and my mother in laws and am very happy that there is a place close to home that participates in such a wonderful cause for families in their darkest hour.
