how much do you charge per inch for long arm quilting and does the price include batting?

We charge 1 1/2 cents per square inch for edge to edge quilting. (Length x width x .015) Batting is separate and runs from 15 cents to 28 cents per linear inch, depending on the type and thickness. We carry Hobbs 80/20 (80% Cotton,20% Polyester) and three thicknesses of Polyester, 6,12,and 16 ounce.
