I brought my 2016 Ram 1500 into this shop. I was having some noise issues. This was on a Monday. Finally on Saturday I get a text message from them telling me my truck is ready for pickup. So I went and picked it.up. later that day I was driving with my wife and this God awful noise was coming from the driver side wheel well. So, I pull over and come to find out it was the wheel well liner that wasn't installed correctly. Missing all of the bolts to firmly secure it in place. So I text the service guy who I was dealing with, he said bring it in and we will look at it.

Speaking to an advisor on the phone is nearly impossible. We multiple times today to reach one, left a voicemail and received no response. We are trying to verify warranty coverage on a problem with my vehicle and it's a shame no one is willing to help us. This is not the first rodeo we've had with this dealership being extremely difficult with communication. They need to do better.
